Lychee Story
14% ABV | 150ml
We love a good off-dry Riesling, so we made a cocktail about it. Thai basil-infused Sapling vodka, lychee liqueur, raw sugar and tartaric acid for that perfect wine-like balance, with a light fizz. Floral, fruity, dangerously easy to drink.

Hay Cooler
14.2% ABV | 150ml
Yes, actual hay. We steep organic hay, meadowsweet and sweet woodruff in mineral water to make what is basically the most bucolic cordial you’ve ever had, then add London Dry gin. It tastes like a summer field if that field was also quite boozy. Refreshing, herbal, weird in the best way.

Champagne Daiquiri
15.2% ABV | 150ml
Started with our Champagne Acid – the same dry profile as proper French fizz but dialed up to lime juice levels. Added fruit sugar, aromatics, and a serious amount of Mount Gay rum. It’s a daiquiri that drinks like champagne, or champagne that drinks like a daiquiri. Either way, it’s excellent.

Green Chilli Margarita
18% ABV | 150ml
Our house-made jalapeño liqueur, 100% agave tequila, our ‘lime’ acid blend, agave syrup and a touch of smoked salt. It’s got heat, but it’s not punishing – just enough kick to keep things interesting. Also the strongest of the bunch, so pace yourself (or don’t, we’re not your mum).

Nectarine Heat
15% ABV | 150ml
An unexpected gin sour with nectarine and horseradish. Sweet, sour, savoury, with a tiny tickle of horseradish heat to balance it beautifully.

Miso Caramel Espresso Martini

Espresso, red miso infused rum, french caramel syrup and a hit of cardamom vodka all shaken up into a perfect Espresso Martini serve.
